These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Hop I Care application, accessible on smartphones, tablets and/or any other digital media. By downloading, installing and/or using the application, you fully and unreservedly accept all of these Terms.
Description of service
Hop I Care is an application whose main objective is to transform each kilometer traveled by the user into donations for the benefit of solidarity causes. The application offers different modes of participation (company race, association race or individual race) and a choice of supported projects.
Registration and user account
- Eligibility: To use the application, you must be at least 16 years old or have the authorization of your parents or legal representatives if you are a minor.
- Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering (last name, first name, email address, etc...).
- Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Any action carried out via your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.
Intellectual property
- Content of the application: All graphic elements, texts, logos, icons, images and multimedia content present on the application are protected by intellectual property rights and are the exclusive property of Hop I Care, unless otherwise stated.
- Limited use: You are authorized to use these elements exclusively for personal use and in the normal context of using the application.
User commitments
By using the application, you agree to:
- Respect the legislation in force and not divert the application from its purpose;
- Not infringe the rights of third parties, particularly in matters of intellectual property;
- Do not intentionally introduce viruses or harmful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application server or database.
Liability and guarantees
- Responsibility of Hop I Care: Hop I Care implements reasonable means to ensure the proper functioning of the application and the accuracy of the information offered. However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors or service interruptions.
- User responsibility: You use the application under your own responsibility. Hop I Care cannot be held responsible in the event of injuries, material or immaterial damage linked to sports practice, nor for financial consequences resulting from technical problems or input errors.
Changes
Hop I Care reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. You will be notified of any updates, and your continued use of the application after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction
These conditions are subject to French law.
